| Sake (cooking wine) | 2 Tsp |
| Chicken Broth | 1 Tbsp |
| Salt | (to taste) |
Toppings:
| "Uni Paste" | 2 Tsp |
| Boiled Egg | 1 |
| Roasted Nori Seaweed | 1/4 Sheet |
| Leek (shredded) | 2 Tbsp |
| Sesame Seed | (for garnish) |
Cooking instruction:
1. Prepare "Uni Soup" by mixing & heating all ingredients in a pot.
2. Prepare Noodles following package instructions.
3. Plate cooked Noodles & Soup in a bowl.
4. Add Toppings!
